Corporate Solutions utilises the following framework when undertaking Usability Testing. This model is flexible and can be amended to fit software development processes:

Corporate Solutions possess their own usability testing facilities.  These include a one-way mirror and video/audio recording equipment. The one-way mirror allows project stakeholders to attend and view users interacting with products.  The video/audio equipment is used to document usability trials for analysis and provide stakeholders with a highlights video of the usability testing.
